Magic Mountain Moments
Booking a holiday with Pyrenees Mountain Adventure.
Minimum Group Size.
If you have a group of 4 or more, check the availability and cost of travel to the airport recommended in the Trip Dossier/itinerary for the dates when your group is free. You are able to choose the dates of your trek which offers you more freedom. The next step is to contact me with the dates you are available so we can start to put together your perfect Pyrenees mountain adventure.
Time of Year.
Pyrenees Mountain Adventure runs holidays throughout the year. Summer holidays run from mid June through to September. Winter snowshoeing holidays run from January through to March. The brief description of each holiday on the 'Summer ' and 'Winter' pages will specify which time of year the holiday is possible.
Accommodation.
Pyrenees Mountain Adventure is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its holidays and only chooses (where available) accommodation that shares its concern about being Earth friendly. For those holidays that are based at just one accommodation and involve day walks out each day, returning back each afternoon, you are able to choose between a range of eco friendly accommodation options. Self catering in a log cabin (Huttopia in Font Romeu), self catering in an upmarket eco apartment (Chalet Anna in Les Angles) or bed and breakfast in an eco gite. For the hut to hut treks you will walk between spectacularly located mountain refuges (Refuge des Estagnous) or you can choose to 'wild' camp - either eating at a hut/refuge if there is one nearby or carrying and cooking your own food for an authentic 'back to nature' experience.
How To Book.
If you are part of a group of 2 or more, get in touch and we can start to put together a trek package that best suits you and your group. You can choose your own dates, type of accommodation and number of days - your perfect Pyrenees mountain adventure! Together we work on a personalised itinerary and when this is finalised, I will quote you a price.
There is a reduction available for under 18's.
Once you are happy with the itinerary and price, you will be sent a booking form and asked to pay a £100 deposit per person to guarantee your holiday runs.
Payment.
Payment by PayPal is preferred but you can also pay with a bank transfer.
Contact Pyrenees Mountain Adventure for details about how to pay with a bank transfer.
You can use the PayPal button to make payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account.
Travel.
The best airports to use for the majority of our treks are Toulouse and Carcassonne. Both are served by budget airlines. Why not travel to the Eastern Pyrenees by train? The train is kinder on the planet and travelling overnight in a sleeper train, you can sleep the miles away! Use Trainline to help plan your journey by train. Pyrenees Mountain Adventure is helping to encourage greener travel, with a £100 Greener Travel Cashback. Read more.....
